1. About Royal Shark

Royal Shark sells and brokers licenses, subscriptions, and benefits related to tools for poker players, including Sharkscope, Hand2Note, and GTO Wizard.

Depending on the tool and product purchased, services may be provided through individual licenses or subscriptions, commercial benefits, or sharing features officially offered by the respective platforms.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing this site, using our services, or making a purchase, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any of the conditions set out here, you should not purchase or use our services.

3. Who can purchase our services

Royal Shark’s services are intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age.

By making a purchase, the customer declares being 18 years of age or older and agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during support and the purchase process.

4. Nature of the services

Royal Shark sells and brokers licenses, subscriptions, and benefits for third-party tools, including Sharkscope, Hand2Note, and GTO Wizard.

Depending on the product purchased, activation may occur directly on the customer’s personal account or through other official systems made available by the respective vendor.

For Sharkscope PRO shared plans, each player uses their own account, with their own individual login and password. Research sharing is carried out through Sharkscope’s official system, with no need to share access credentials between users.

Individual licenses and subscriptions must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions established by each vendor.

The operation, availability, features, updates, and any changes to the tools themselves are the responsibility of their respective vendors. Royal Shark handles the sale, brokerage, activation, and support related to the purchase, and will make reasonable efforts to assist customers whenever possible.

5. Prices, benefits, payment, and activation

Prices, benefits, discounts, and commercial conditions may vary depending on the tool, plan, period, campaign, coupon, or partnership in effect.

The price and conditions presented to the customer at the time of order confirmation will be the ones applicable to that purchase.

Payment may be made through the methods made available by Royal Shark on its site or through its official support channels.

After payment confirmation and the customer providing the necessary information, activation is usually completed within a few hours, and may take up to 24 hours, depending on the tool, the plan purchased, and the processing carried out by the respective vendor.

It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly provide the data necessary for activation, renewal, or linking of the subscription.

Any expiration periods, usage limits, number of searches, credits, or other resources related to the product purchased are subject to the characteristics and conditions of the respective plan and vendor.

6. Cancellation, refunds, and right of withdrawal

Cancellation, refund, or right-of-withdrawal requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law, including Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code, taking into account the nature of the product or service purchased and, where applicable, the conditions and policies of the respective vendor.

If the customer wishes to request a cancellation or refund, they should contact Royal Shark through the official channels listed in section 10.

When the request depends on a procedure carried out by the tool’s vendor, Royal Shark may act as an intermediary to seek a resolution with the platform responsible.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude rights guaranteed to consumers under Brazilian law.

7. Proper use of the services

By using our site and the products purchased through Royal Shark, the customer agrees to:

• provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information;
• use the products and services for their intended purpose;
• comply with the terms of use and policies established by the respective vendors;
• not use the site or services for unlawful or fraudulent activities;
• not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, information, or restricted areas;
• not share accounts, logins, passwords, or licenses intended for individual use, unless expressly permitted by the respective vendor.

For products with official sharing features, such as research sharing through Sharkscope PRO plans, use must occur exclusively through the mechanisms made available and authorized by the platform itself.

Failure to comply with the respective vendor’s rules may result in limitations, suspension, or termination of access by decision of the platform responsible.

8. Intellectual property

The proprietary content on this site, including text, graphic elements, visual identity, and other materials produced by Royal Shark, is protected by applicable law and may not be reproduced or improperly used without authorization.

The trademarks, names, logos, software, and other elements belonging to Sharkscope, Hand2Note, GTO Wizard, and other vendors are the property of their respective owners.

The use and mention of these trademarks on the Royal Shark site are for informational and commercial purposes related to the products, services, and partnerships offered.

9. Responsibilities

Royal Shark is responsible for the services it provides directly, including support, processing of purchases, and brokerage of the activation of products purchased through its channels.

However, Royal Shark does not control the development, operation, or availability of tools provided by third parties.

Any unavailability, bugs, maintenance, feature changes, updates, plan changes, or other decisions related to the platforms are the responsibility of their respective vendors.

In such situations, Royal Shark will make efforts to assist the customer and, when necessary, act as intermediary with the platform responsible.

Royal Shark also does not guarantee financial, technical, or performance results arising from the use of the tools purchased. Decisions made by the user based on information provided by the software are the user’s own responsibility.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits rights guaranteed to consumers under applicable law.

10. Support and customer service

Royal Shark provides support related to purchases made through its channels, including questions about plans, payments, activations, renewals, and account linking.

Whenever possible, it also assists customers with questions related to using the products. Technical issues that depend directly on the internal operation of the tool may need to be forwarded to the respective vendor’s support.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the services offered, in the partner tools, in Royal Shark’s processes, or in applicable law.

The most recent version will always be available on this page, along with the respective update date.

The conditions applicable to a purchase will be those in effect and presented to the customer at the time of that purchase, without prejudice to changes required by law or by the product vendors when applicable.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Any disputes related to the use of the site or the purchase of services will be resolved in accordance with applicable law, respecting the rights guaranteed to consumers.
